Standardization in Quality Control :
 CENTRIFUGE: works using the sedimentation principle, where the centripetal acceleration causes more dense substances to separate out along the radial direction. PH METER: works to measure the pH (acidity or alkalinity) of a liquid. MICROSCOPY: The science of investigating small objects.
METLIGN POINT APPARATUS: is a scientific instrument used to determine the melting point of a substance. The sample heated by an oil bath. There usually is a control panel which allows the
starting and final temperatures, as well as the temperature gradient (in °C per minute) to be programmed.
UV CABINET: is used for scrutinizing thin-layer chromatograms and the objects in un darkened room.
DISINTEGRATION TEST APPARATUS: for determines whether tablets or capsules disintegrate within a prescribed time when placed in a liquid medium under the prescribed experimental condition.
ANALYTICAL BALANCE: used to measure mass to a very high degree of precision and accuracy.
REFRACTOMETER: field device for the measurement of an index of refraction.
POLARIMETER: used to determine the angle of optical rotation of plane-polarized light passing through a sample of material.
WATER BATH: to allow a chemical reaction to occur at an elevated temperature. A thermometer is usually kept in the fluid to monitor the temperature.
OVEN: for measuring high level moisture in solid or semi-solid materials is loss on drying (LOD).

Production :
 We produce quality Ayurvedic-herbal formulations.To monitor quality,The principles of Good Manufacturing Practices ( GMP) are rigorously followed in the plant and the Company prides itself on being environment friendly. As part of the environment control system, it had installed a modern effluent treatment plant ( Class: 'A' Clean Room) long before regulations mandated it. A high stress on quality, several quality circles and special project teams working on Total Quality Management ( TQM) projects make quality a way of life in our company.
The manufacturing plant uses automatic, Mixer Machine, Capsule Loading Machine Capsule Filling Machine, Blister Packing Machine, Liquid (Filling-Sealing-Checking) Machine. The plant can produce nearly 12 million capsule and 3 million bottles of liquids annually.
